Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how mmbga ("we", "us", or "mmbga") collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit mmbga.co or purchase one of our digital products. We try to keep things short and human — no dark patterns, no surprise data harvesting.
Short version: we collect the minimum we need to deliver products you buy and improve our service. We don't sell your data. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@mmbga.co.
1. Data we collect
When you interact with mmbga, we may collect:
- Account & purchase data — email address, country, billing details (processed by our payment provider, see §3).
- Usage data — IP address, device & browser type, pages visited, referrer, approximate location (city-level), all collected through standard server logs and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Communication data — when you email us at support, your message and our reply are stored for service quality.
- Marketing preferences — if you opt in to receive product announcements, we record your consent.
We do not collect: government IDs, payment card numbers (handled by Stripe), social security numbers, biometric data.
2. How we use your data
- To deliver the product you purchased (instant digital delivery link, receipt, license key when applicable).
- To provide customer support.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks.
- To improve the quality of our products (aggregated, anonymized usage signals).
- To send transactional emails (receipts, refund confirmations, product updates).
- To send marketing emails — only if you explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe in one click.
3. Third parties who process data on our behalf
- Stripe Inc. — payment processing (your card details never reach our servers). See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — only if you arrived from one of our ads, a pixel records the visit to optimize our ad spend. We do not share your email with Meta.
- Transactional email provider — to deliver receipts and product downloads.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Cookies
We use a minimum number of cookies:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to work (session, cart, checkout). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — to count visits and understand which products people care about. Anonymized.
- Advertising cookies — Meta Pixel, only if you arrived from a Meta ad. Used to attribute purchases to the right campaign.
You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site.
5. Data retention
- Purchase records — kept for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
- Support emails — kept for 2 years.
- Analytics — anonymized after 14 months.
- Marketing email list — kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR for EU/UK, CCPA for California, similar in other regions), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, store data on encrypted infrastructure, and limit access to the very few people who need it to run the platform. We do not store payment card details — Stripe handles that on PCI-DSS compliant systems.
8. International data transfers
Our servers and subprocessors may be located outside your home country. When data is transferred outside the EU, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Children
mmbga is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page and, if you have an account, by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
