Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mmbga.co and any digital product you purchase from us. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
In plain English: you pay for a digital product, we deliver it instantly, you can use it for your own purposes but can't resell it. If you're unhappy within 14 days, we refund — no questions asked. Read on for the details.
1. About mmbga
mmbga is a publishing platform that creates and sells digital products — ebooks, frameworks, templates, kits, tools, and other downloadable content. We do not host third-party creators; every product is authored or licensed by us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to purchase from mmbga. By buying a product, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account
Most purchases do not require an account. We send the product download link to the email you provide at checkout. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
4. Purchases and pricing
- All prices are listed on each product's landing page in the currency we display (typically USD).
- Taxes (VAT, sales tax) may apply depending on your country and will be calculated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. — we never see your card details.
5. Digital delivery
After successful payment, you'll receive an email with a download link and any access keys, within a few minutes. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact support@mmbga.co — we'll get you sorted.
Download links remain accessible for at least 12 months from purchase. We may host updated versions of products; previous buyers retain access to all subsequent updates of the same product at no additional charge.
6. License (what you can and cannot do with our products)
When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal or professional use. You may:
- Use the product internally as much as you like
- Apply the frameworks/templates to your own work, business, or studies
- Share excerpts with attribution in non-commercial contexts
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or relicense the product in whole or in part
- Share your download link or paid PDFs on file-sharing sites or torrent networks
- Remove copyright notices or claim authorship
- Train commercial AI models on the content without explicit written permission
All intellectual property in the products belongs to mmbga or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
7. Refunds

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or products for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the site at scale without our permission
- Submit fraudulent payment information or chargeback purchases without first contacting us
- Harass or threaten our team
Violations may result in account termination, refund denial, and legal action where appropriate.
9. Disclaimers
Our products are educational and tooling resources. We share information and frameworks based on our experience and research, but we make no guarantees of specific results (financial, career, academic, or otherwise). Outcomes depend on factors outside our control — your effort, market conditions, individual circumstances.
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mmbga's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site/products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold mmbga harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the products.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or any product if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time. License terms (Section 6) survive termination.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mmbga's operating entity is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country grants you broader rights.
