Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident buying from mmbga. Every product comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window. If the product isn't what you expected, we send your money back. No hoops.
TL;DR — reply to your receipt within 14 days of purchase saying you'd like a refund. We refund within 3 business days, usually same day. No need to justify, no exit interview.
How to request a refund
- Find the receipt email we sent at purchase (subject line includes "mmbga receipt").
- Reply with the words "refund please" — or any equivalent. Tell us why if you want (helps us improve), but you don't have to.
- We process the refund through Stripe within 3 business days. Funds typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Lost the receipt? Just email support@mmbga.co from the address you used at checkout and tell us the product name. We'll find the order.
What is refundable
- Any product purchased on mmbga.co
- Within 14 calendar days of the purchase date (date stamped on the receipt)
- Regardless of whether you have downloaded the product or not
- Whether you used the product or not
- Whether you finished reading/applying it or not
What is NOT refundable
The vast majority of requests are honored. The few exceptions:
- Requests made after the 14-day window. We may still help on a case-by-case basis, but we don't guarantee a refund after that.
- Abusive behavior. Requests from accounts we have evidence of having attempted to redistribute, resell, or pirate the product.
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first. If you file a chargeback through your bank without giving us a chance to refund, your access is revoked and we contest the dispute. Always email us first — it's faster.
- Bundle purchases over 60 days old. Bundles purchased more than 60 days ago, where most or all components have been downloaded, are not eligible.
Partial refunds
If you purchased a bundle and only one product in it wasn't what you expected, email us — we routinely issue partial refunds for the unwanted item while keeping access to the rest.
What happens after a refund
- Your download link is deactivated. You're expected to delete any locally stored copies of the product.
- If you were on a marketing mailing list because of this purchase, you remain on it unless you unsubscribe — refund and email preferences are separate.
- You can absolutely re-purchase the product later if you change your mind. No bad blood.
Refund method
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (the card or wallet used at checkout). We cannot refund to a different card, PayPal account, or as store credit.
Contact for refund issues
If something goes wrong — refund takes too long, you can't find your receipt, your bank refuses the credit, anything — write to support@mmbga.co with "refund issue" in the subject. We treat refund problems as priority and respond within 24 hours.
